There is some light foxing to the end papers, and some light foxing on an occasional page. There are 3 citations that are underlined in red ink. Several citations are highlighted, but all citations are easy to read. There is a small light stain on the pages fore edge. This is a first edition of a scarce book, but is really better suited for reseach. Red Buckram over boards, with gold lettering on front and spine(complete and easily read). 118pp., indices: 1)McIntosh, Given names 2) Names other than McIntosh, 3)Places & Localities--USA and Canada.
