A very good copy. Warmly inscribed by the author to prev. owner on FFE 'With all good wishes to my Austrian friend, June Ponzoni, a "ricordio' of her visit to Sirmione, Naomi Jacob Sept. 1963'". Loosely enclosed is a signed TLS dated 11th August 1963, inviting Ms Ponzoni to visit her for tea, with original stamped addressed envelope, also containing death notices for Naomi Jacob and fellow English writer resident in Italy, Cecil Roberts.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. VG/VG+.
