Tope edge dusty, some minor nibbles to dj edges and fading of spine. This copy was presented to architects David and Mary Medd on the occasion of their marriage in 1949, by members of the Architect's Department of Hertfordshire County Council. A book token stub signed by members of the department is pasted to the ffep. The signatures include those of Bruce Martin, designer of the K8 telephone box; W.E. Tatton Brown, first Chief Architect to the Ministry of Health, and many others. Includes the presentation letter from the County Architect and 2 journal reviews of the book. Association Copy. First.
