Mr.Ray went on to become a Special Assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce in 1974/75, the Assistant Secretary of the Department of Veteran Affairs in 1989, and served as the President of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society. Most of Mr. Ray's post military career was spent in Florida, which explains the ASSOCIATION in this PRESENTATION copy. The copy itself has very few minor flaws, which in no way diminish the wonderful provenance of this UNIQUE copy..
