GB: Charles Elliot and J. Murray (Edinburgh), 1778. pp. xv, (i), 370. Engraved portrait frontispiece. (Also includes Andrea Duncan "De Laudibus Gulielmi Harvei Oratio ..." with separate title page. The whole is continuously paginated. In an old full brown leather binding with five raised bands and a burgundy title label (a third of which lost). Front cover is detached. Bookplate of "Mr Husband Surgeon York". Pastedowns, endpapapers and first and last few leaves heavily browned at edges (probably as a result of glue used in binding). Frontispiece is browned and image offest onto title page. Rest of book is clean and tight. . 1st Edition. Hardback. Good.

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 750g. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
All books are mailed (normally within 24 hours).
Books priced at £10 or more are sent in strong cardboard bookwraps or boxes.
Cheaper books sent (within the UK) may be wrapped in polythene to speed and facilitate delivery.
