Folio, 16 x 11 inches, textured deep red cloth stamped in gilt, very good, lightest wear, pages just a touch wavy, lettering on spine slightly dull. 223 pp, many photos printed in handsome browntone. Uncommon. Signed by Theodore Eicholz, a Pittsburgh architect of the early 20th century who designed Salk Hall among other local buildings.
