Hardcover Book and Dust Jacket in Very Good Condition. Truman, Stalin, Churchill meeting in the summer of 1945 to "reconstruct the world" that was left in ruins by WW II. Endpapers with maps of Occupation Zones of Austria, Germany and Berlin, 1945-1950 and of Europe, 1944-45. Illustrated with photographs of this historic event. Bound in green half cloth with gilt titles, brown boards. Very clean and unmarked, sunned around spine head/heel edges, lower corners lightly scuffed, lower edges lightly rubbed. Tight and solid, square with sharp corners. Faint small smudge mark on lower edge of text block. Pages very clean, completely unmarked. Grey/black jacket with yellow and red print is very clean and unmarked, with small chipping at spine tail, two tiny chips along lower edge, small tear at rear upper spine edge and a partially closed small tear on the upper edge. Very nice, clean, solid volume with a bright and clean jacket. 370 pages with Epilogue; Appendix I: The Potsdam Proclamation; Appendix II: The Potsdam Declaration; A Note on Sources; Bibliography; Index. 6.25 x 9.25 inches. M Evans & Co., NY 1975.
