He was a P.O.W. in Mill prison in Plymouth, England, and makes acute observations about the voyages he made during the American Revolution. A perfectly serviceable reference copy of a hagiographic autobiography of the Reverend Andrew Sherburne and of his experiences during the Revolutionary War. Nothing fancy, but complete and sturdy. Stated Second Edition, revised and enlarged from the original. Full leather over boards, rubbing to, scuffing of, heavy scuffing to spine, including title over red leather label, with gilt ruling there.
