Two volume set attractively rebound in three quarter leather decorated with gilt, marbled boards and endpapers. Top edge gilt. Translated into English by John Addington Symonds. Original etchings by Adolphe Lalauze. Page foredges unopened, loss of the bottom corners of quite a few pages in volume two not affecting the text, edges and corners are a bit worn, else very good to near fine.
