Condition: fair (pages creased, edgeworn; darkened title-page, else pages with the occasional spot and tear, couple pieces torn from margin). -- Francis Dobbs was active and vocal as a Volunteer and Irish Parliament member, against Ireland's Union with England, and a millenniumist.
