Press of the Hartford Printing Co.. 1904. Fair; Hardcover; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 68 pp. bound in green cloth; gilt lettering. Scuffing and light soil to cover; extremities frayed. Sewn binding holding but cords stretched. First gather of pages (6) coming loose from binding. Pages toned, clean and unmarked. First section is a collection of poems in memoriam to author's parents, Benjamin Webster and Harriet Clough Webster of Kingfield Maine. (Author J.C. Webster settled in Hartford Connecticut ). Followed by the ancestral history of the Webster family beginning with Thomas of Ormsby England (1665) and Hampton New Hampshire, up to the turn of the twentieth century. Includes famed Colonel Ebenezer and legal scholar Daniel. .
