The purpose of the book was to show that Methodism was Apostolic Christianity (Preface, p. 7). The Author was of 'Lutterworth', Brighton, Victoria (see subscription to Preface). First Edition. Chips to spine including at its head and foot; lower external hinge starting; some pencil underlining and lines in margins; otherwise a very good copy.
