The Methodist Hymn Book, Illustrated with Biography, History, Incident and Anecdote, by George John Stevenson, M.A.
Hardback, 1894, second edition, published by Charles H. Kelly, London, 636 pages.
Patterned red cloth boards and spine, with gilt detail to front board and lettering to spine. Fading to spine though title still visible. Boards are a bit scuffed and little marked but have retained much of their colour. Signs of rubbing and shelf-wear. Corners a little bumped. Binding reasonably firm though strained in the odd place. Page edges browned and a bit scuffed and marked. Page surfaces are quite clean, odd marks here and there but no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
