This copy is signed by both the Author and Ted Turner--a presentation copy to Paramount Movie Exec David Wallerstein. Inscribed by Peter Hay to Wallerstein "Warm Regards". Deep red cloth with gilt lettering and decorations in unread condition--absolutely no evidence of previous ownership. The dustjacket is just light rubbed with no tears or rips--or would also be fine. Recently made available from the estate of David Wallerstein and wife Caroline Riesor. Wallerstein ran Balaban & Katz theater chain in the Chicago area. Wallerstein was sent to Hollywood and worked closely with Adolph Zukor in his early career. Later he served on the Board of Directors of ABC, Disney, and McDonalds. He was best friends with Walt Disney and Ray Kroc (founder of McDonalds). He is probably most well known for giving the world "Supersize" fries and suggesting to Walt Disney (through his wife) that he read a book called Mary Poppins.
