This, the author's first book tells of her meeting with her partner John Underwood when he was in a full body cast in hospital after a horse accident. It tells of her being carried away to a station 600 km south-west of Katherine in the Northern Territory of Australia, where her accommodation was a tent and a newly drilled bore hole. This book tells the story of how they built their station from scratch and raised and educated a new generation of Underwoods there. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
