First published by Loring and Mussey but soon after went out of print. This is the first Holt edition. Every other page is an artful black and white photo of Mike with a few lines of text facing each picture. 8'' x 10.25''. Original cloth. In original photo-illustrated dust jacket. Photo-illustrated throughout. Jacket slightly frayed.
