Signed. First Edition. Fine / fine. Forward by Willie Nelson. History of the Texas Highway Department. From the estate of Mark Goode, engineer and director of the Tex. Hwy. Dept for 40 years, beginning in 1947. Both authors have dated, inscribed and signed on the half title page. There is a third signature that I can't make out. The inscription is to Mark and Lucille thanking them for their help and wisdom.
