Editions Garnier Freres. 1961. Reprint. Very Good+ in Good+ dust jacket; Hardcover; Small 8vo 7½" - 8" tall; Tome I, 910 pages, June 1815-June 1816. Tome II, 940 pages, July 1816-August 1821. Matching bindings with green cloth, pictorial paste-downs on front cover with gilt border, gilt lettering on spine, yellow endpapers, gold linen placemark. Frontis illustrations and several b & w plates . Text in French. In transparent vinyl dust wrappers. Both volumes Very Good to Near Fine. Bright clean cloth; tight bindings; modest signs of use. Tome II has a short wrinkle in cloth near base of spine. Both books have a gift notation written on preliminary page. Pages crisp, clean, no additional markings. Viny dust wrappers are cloudy, shallow chips at ends of spine. Tome II wrapper missing a large piece near top edge.. .
