Reading copy. The Indianapolis, Indiana author's second book. She is best known for her massive novel "Miss MacIntosh, My Darling" which is listed in Grier as a lesbian novel. Young taught at Shortridge High School and at Iowa, was a member of the Greenwich Village circle of authors and artists and lived for a time as a member of New Harmony.

In recent years Bolerium has expanded into materials in non-western languages, especially from East Asia, and has also placed more emphasis on ephemera, with tens of thousands of original leaflets, pamphlets, and posters in stock.
