Original green cloth covers with blindstamped designs and with gilt lettering on spine. Spine is faded to brown, and is worn and torn at top, with some missing pieces, and worn at bottom, with a scrape. Corners of covers are bumped and bent, with some splitting of the cloth. Covers have some scuffing. Inside front cover has a bookplate from a previous owner and front endpaper has the name of a previous owner and a date of 1842 written in middle. Inner back hinge is split by back cover. Back cover has a bookstore sticker at bottom. Pages have some tanning. Some pages have foxing. Book is in fair condition. Large 8vo, 548 pages, 2 lb.; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 548 pages .
