Ray Society, London, 1848. First edition. 13 hand-coloured plates. Large 4to (14 1/4 x 10 1/2 inches), 101-pages. Nicely bound 1/4 cloth over grey boards with printed paper label. Ex Ipswich Museum Library with their stamp on half-title and title, not elsewhere. One plate almost detached and with a little light chipping on fore-margin.
