Two pamphlets, 18 and 31p. respectively, stapled wraps, 5.25x8.25 inches, both with rusted staples and previous owner's rubberstamp on front wraps, "Monopolistic Aspects" with offsetting to p8 and 9 from laid in newspaper clipping (published by Macy's and titled "Congratulations to the Consumers of the State of Vermont!") else very good condition. The company opposed the Fair Trade Acts which had recently passed in several states.
