In a half calf binding with marbled paper to the boards. Externally, generally smart, with a little rubbing to the paper to the boards, with a very small amount of loss of paper to the rear board. Some light marks to the boards and spine. Very minor bumping to the extremities. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front free endpaper. Bound without the rear endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very light age toned in places and clean, with only a few light spots. Bound without the folding chart. Very Good

Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
