Previous owner name and date in a neat hand of the first enpaper. Small damp stain on top edge of first 30 pages. Boards slightly bowed. Please see photos. A thorough study of the moose and old world elk gathered from many sources, guides & sportsmen (F C Selous for one), the author's experiences, and European sources. A number of illustrations form Carl Rungius. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall
