Sobre este artículo
Boston: David R. Godine, 1970. Hidy, Lance. Octavo. (5) pp. One of 100 copies, signed by the artist. An essay by Boreman about the ephemeron, or Mayfly, that first appeared in A Description of Some Curious and Uncommon Creatures in 1739. Illustrated with three delicate colored etchings by Lance Hidy depicting the Mayfly and its habitat. Beautifully bound in tan linen boards, with printed paper label to front cover. Very fine in a matching linen box with gilt-stamped brown leather spine label, which shows a trace of rubbing. One of David Godine's earliest and finest private printings, which has become a scarce item.
