Collins 1936 (1st.).. Lg.4to. 25 cm x 31 cm). Beige / green cloth lettered in green on spine and front cover. In generally good condition Cream covers are browned, with a few small marks, slightly rubbed on edges. Mild foxing to endpaper. Inscription to front endpaper (David Barbour 1938). Three Coloured plates has faint crease on corner. Occasional small marks. Else a clean and tight copy. Profusely ill.by Snaffles with 53 full-page black and white illustrations ( incl. one double-pg.), with numerous smaller illustrations. ALSO with 12 very nice coloured & mounted plates. Some text pages, some text within illustrations.
