No inscription, but neat ink annotations to contents page. lower corner of page 221 torn off (surely a manufacturing fault) rendering with loss of some words. hence a VG only copy in dustwrapper (title on spine faded, previous owner has lightly written over this. also a dib to spine - not affecting book beneath). Sadly a flawed copy which is extremely clean and attractive.. Plum cloth boards. 347pp 8vo.
