Photogravure plates with lettered guards, folding map. 8vo (8 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches), pages: 253 & 226, original blue cloth elaborately gilt in a Moorish design. Headbands bumped, spine gilt dulled, folding map creased. Overall a very good and attractive copy. Some foxing to prelims.
