These are recipes from the 19th century some with contributors' names: Homemade crackers, Loggers Biscuits, Dairy Butter, Pulled Mints, Pot Roast Beef. Moss Cottage was the hoem to the James and Mary Ellen Welsh family during the 1870s and to Matilda Gordon during the early 1900s. No date given, a wild guess at mid 1990s. (1.0 JM FO 36/7.
