"MOTHER GOOSE" - Volland Popular Edition Re-arranged and Edited by Eulalie Osgood Grover. 1915; M.A. Donohue & Company; Chicago and New York. This edition features wonderful illustrations in color on every page by Frederick Richardson. Illustrated end papers in color. There is a list of illustrations at the back.
Condition:
Some small scuffs to the front cover illustration. Light soiling and a few tiny stains spots on the back cover. The top-right corner of the front cover has a light crease. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. The pages are generally clean with an occasional light smudge/stain here and there. A few random pages were found with a tear at an outer edge (the "Pussy Cat Sits by the Fire" rhyme has a large 4" tear at the lower-inner edge). Previous owner's bookplate affixed to front end paper. Overall the book is in Good condition.
