Signed limited edition, one of only 500 copies for private distribution, signed by Tudor: one of the most lovely editions of Mother Goose, quite scarce in this edition. 7.75'' x 7''. Original cloth. In original price-clipped dust jacket. Lacking original slipcase. Dark green topstain. Illustrated by Tudor on every page, most in color, with verse below. 87, [1] pages. Signed by Tudor to limitation page. Letter laid in from the publisher presenting the book to a woman bookstore owner. Jacket with chips at spine ends (affecting the word "Oxford" and a few tape repairs to verso), usual toning, heavier at spine. Book with just a hint of sunning to spine, else crisp and clean.
