San Francisco: Printed by Robert Grabhorn and Andrew Hoyem, 1970. 21 illustrations by Philip Van Aver. One of 300 copies. Printed in Goudy Open type on English handmade paper. Quarto., original blue cloth backed printed paper covered boards. Slight fading to the spine, otherwise a very good, fresh copy. ||Most of the copies were bound differently with the title and illustration on a white label pasted on the white board, the more attractive binding used here is only found on a very few copies.
In 1966 Edwin Grabhorn had ceased printing due to ill health and Robert, with his new young partner Andrew Hoyem, started a new Press in Commercial Street, San Francisco.
