It opened on the London stage in 1952 at The Ambassador?s Theatre after a short tour of regional theatres and moved to St Martin?s Theatre next door in 1974 where it continues to entertain the theatre going public to this day. It was originally titled ?Three Blind Mice,? and was broadcast as a radio play in 1947. It was written in the form of a radio play as a birthday present for Queen Mary the consort of King George V. Agatha Christie includes a request to the audiences of this play that they should not tell anyone the denouement of the plot so for many years there was an embargo on allowing the script to be published. It was first published in the USA in 1978.* This is a NEAR VG++ copy of the 1st/1st fnl. with minimal age & wear reducing it to VG+.* 0
