[14], 3-211, [1] pp. Quarter orange cloth over grey-green patterned boards with the author's name stamped in gold on the front board, gold lettering on the spine; grey-green topstain. Green endpapers and pastedowns. Price of $4.95 on the front flap of the jacket. Illustrated with a few black and white photographs from Hemingway's life. Grissom A.36.1.a A very attractive copy of this posthumously released book in which Hemingway recounts his experiences in Paris in the 1920s. A close to Fine book with the boards slightly bowed; dust jacket has a few traces of edge wear and a small dampstain on its reverse.
Sinopsis
A Moveable Feast is a set of memoirs by American author Ernest Hemingway about his years in Paris as part of the American expatriate circle of writers in the 1920s. In addition to painting a picture of Hemingway's time as a struggling young writer, the book also sketches the story of Hemingway and his first wife, Hadley. Published after his death, A Moveable Feast is considered by many to contain some of his best writing.
