Sobre este artículo

Englewood Cliffs: Prentice-Hall, 1969. Hardcover. Very Good/Near Fine. First edition. Offsetting from cards on first few leaves, very good or better in near fine dustwrapper with a little soiling. Promotional card laid in for another book (*The Gish Sisters*) addressed to actress Marian Seldes supposedly inscribed by both Gish sisters, but almost certainly secretarial (not least because one of them, Dorothy, was dead when that book came out). Seldes clearly knew the Gish sisters and tipped-in are two gelatin silver snapshot photographs of Lillian Gish in Austria, one Signed "Lillian" on the verso in Gish's hand (viewable with care). Autobiography by the film pioneer whose personal history mirrors a significant portion of the early history of American cinema.
