Publishers' forest green cloth with printed paper title label to spine; both fore-edge and lower edge uncut. Title label slightly toned with minor loss top left corner; free endpapers toned as usual; scattered foxing, mainly to textblock edge. Signed by both Author and Illustrator to limitation leaf. A Very Good copy. Novel written by Gertrude Bone (1876-1962) and illustrated by her son Stephen (1904- 1958), the writer and war artist.
