No publication date in book, 1910 supplied. -- This is a selection from Dickens's novel. -- Color plates, by Frank Reynolds, engraved and printed by Henry Stone & Son, Banbury [Oxfordshire], are tipped in. -- Hardcover, red cloth with gold and black decorations, 174 pages on heavy paper stock, 9x12x2 inches. Condition: cover is good-only (worn at spine tips and corners, spine mottled but letters bright, irregular sunning, hinge cracked) with couple spots top-edge, owner name. Pages are quite bright; several of the plates have corners creased. -- BROCHURE: De Wolf Hopper and his company, in the magnificent musical production entitled Mr. Pickwick. Music by Manuel Klein, words by Charles Klein, lyrics by Grant Stewart. There are color drawings of 8 characters, plus a description of each. No attributions, date or place, but: The Metropolitan Printing Co., N.Y., [produced in 1903, Herald Square theatre then on the road, see Theatre Magazine, volume 2], 16 pages, stapled binding, condition is very good minus (bright, but front cover corner is damaged).
