Sobre este artículo

London, United Kingdom: Constable, 1953. Bound in the publishers original dark blue boards with silver title lettering to spine. This is the first printing of this excellent third and final instalment of what has become affectionately known as 'THE GORSE TRILOGY' by Patrick Hamilton's legion of avid and loyal fans. Previous owners name and date to front pastedown remains discreet, otherwise all pages are present and correct and in excellent condition. The pages are a little tanned with age as is usual with this book due to the quality of the paper used in production and the books age, however there is virtually no foxing. Book sits solid and square with all corners sharp. Light, minor marking to the boards, otherwise a very nice copy which remains in Very Good condition. Will the ghastly Mr Ralph Gorse finally meet his ominous fate in the shape of the morally steadfast Mr Stimpson ?............... or possibly not ! I say, that utter cad Mr Gorse !. First Edition. Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. FIRST EDITION.
