A trace of bruising to the backstrip ends. A very good copy in slightly creased and edge-worn non-price-clipped dust wrapper, with the publisher's laminate lifting a fraction in a number of areas. The author's fifth biography, this one focusing on the Anglo-Irish actress Dorothea Jordan, who was also the long-time mistress of Prince William, Duke of Clarence, later William IV and the mother of his ten illegitimate children..
