Hardcover with dustjacket, first American printing of thie "New Edition" which was originally published in 1942, the former owner's bookplate and two owner names covered with liquid paper are present on the blank front end-paper, a few small beige blemishes on the black rear panel, the binding is clean and tight and the contents are fine, the jacket has just a touch of edge-wear at the spine-ends and mild tanning to the white rear panel and flaps, the jacket is clean and presentable, the original price (6.95) is present and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included ; 307 pages .
