London: Collins Crime Club, 1952. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. First UK Edition. Publisher's orange boards with black spine lettering. 188 + 4 pages of adverts at the rear. The book is in VG+ condition with minor foxing to the page block edges. . Contents are complete, clean and tight. No marks or inscriptions. Red boards are exceptionally clean and bright. The price-clipped D/W Dust has just a hint of edge wear but is overall a most attractive VG+ example (and in much brighter condition than usually encountered. A very nice copy. Superb period D/W illustration. Photographs/scans available upon request.
