Sobre este artículo

New York: Harper & Bros, 1939. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Firts edition stated, code "F-O". Hardcover in red-orange cloth lettered in green. 307 pp. Very good, some light slashes to the front cover and spine a bit darkened; no dust jacket. Canadian born Hulbert Footner (1879-1944) was a playwright and author of non-fiction and fiction novels, for which he is best remembered. A number of his earliert detective stories were serialzed in Argosy. In the 1930s he introduced a new detective character, Amos Lee Mappin, who solved mysteries set in New York cafe society aided by his secretary and Watson-like sidekick, Fanny Parran. "The Murder That Had Everything' is one of the most difficult to find Footner mystery.
