Green patterned endpapers. All edges gilt. The publisher's original orange cloth bound in at the rear. A fine copy, the binding square and tight, the contents spotlessly clean throughout and without previous owner's inscriptions or stamps. Agatha Christie's third novel and by a small margin her scarcest in the British first edition. Featuring Hercule Poirot and Arthur Hastings. The Murder on the Links is a work of detective fiction by Agatha Christie and first published in the US by Dodd, Mead and Company in 1923 and in the UK by The Bodley Head in May of the same year. It features Hercule Poirot and Arthur Hastings. The US edition retailed at $1.75 and the UK edition at seven shillings and sixpence (7/6).
