London.: Odhams Press Ltd., 1938. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. A very nice copy and rare in its original dust wrapper. 280 pages with no loss or tears. Scattered foxing throughout. Previous owners name in pencil on the ffep. Dated as C338(1938) on the copyright page. Outer blue boards have slight marks to the front and rear panel. The original dust wrapper shows a loss of approximately 1.5 inches at the base of the spine, chips to the top of the rear panel. Closed tear on the front. See through tape on the verso. Conveniently placed under the wrapper is a photocopy of the original covering most of this loss. Still a collectible and becoming harder to find copy.
Sinopsis
Murder in the Mews and Other Stories is a short story collection written by Agatha Christie and first published in the UK by Collins Crime Club on March 15, 1937. In the US, the was published by Dodd, Mead and Company under the title Dead Man's Mirror in June 1937. All of the tales feature Hercule Poirot. The UK edition retailed at seven shillings and sixpence (7/6) and the US edition at $2.00.
