Bodmin: Bossiney Books, 1975 First edition. Paperback: white and mauve pictorial card wrappers, glue binding. 143pp. With 16 b&w photos in plates. Introduction (12pp) and the last chapter by Colin Wilson, and chapters by 8 other writers on true murders committed in the west country in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Includes the case of John 'Babbacombe' Lee, and a double death sentence in 1963, just before the abolition of capital punishment. A Fair reading only copy. Text intact and well-bound, no inscriptions, but lower margins of pages and wrappers have browned stains; browned spine and some light wear to wrappers. Decent reading copy.
