With a brief letter by the author to Sir John Leman Rogers, president of the Madrigal Society, at front of volume. --- Bound attractively in three-quarter dark red leather, with blue/maroon/cream marbled paper-covered boards, and with matching marbled endpapers; top edge gilt.
