The earliest Grosset reissue, hardcover in pale green cloth with tipped on color ilustration of a violin with white title lettering. 341 pp. plus 2 pp. publisher's ads. With four full page color illustrations by John Rae. Very good, some spotting to the rear boarsd, light rounding to the extremities. Novelization of the stageplay produced by David Belasco. "The Music Master", a hit three-act theatrical comedy-drama that opened in New York in 1904 and ran for 635 performances.
