White paper-covered boards with black titles and pink panel inside floral black border, in matching unclipped dust-jacket. Foxing to top edge of boards and to jacket; contents clean. Minor loss to jacket spine tips, and toning to jacket spine; single line crossed through 6s price to front flap. Signature of the Author to title page in blue ink. 15 poems selected from his post-war output: "Eloquent in rhythm, memorable in phrase and feeling" (from jacket front flap).
