Bottom and top ends of front spine hinge is split and worn, with some paper loss. Front edge of the text block has a couple of small stains. Wear to the corners. Light shelf rubbing . Previous owner's name opposite the title page. Inside pages are clean and unmarked with slight toning. Rand McNally Elf Book 431. Shipping costs may be reduced due to weight and size of book. .
