The Mysteries of the Qabalah

An excellent copy (NF, VG+) with DJ of the rare true first (UK, 1974) of Levi's work examining links between the Old and New Testaments by comparing the Qabalistic imagery and concepts inherent in both "The Prophecy of Ezekiel" and "The Apocalypse of St. John." He explains how the description of Solomon's temple, the great sanctuary of the true God, represents the Qabalistic or traditional theology of the Hebrew seven the measurements are symbolic and refer to sacred numbers. Pages are first rate: there is a small inscription in ink at top of front FEP but otherwise bright, clean and almost as new. The most minor age wear on top of text block edge. Many illustrations. Binding tight. Unclipped DJ is excellent, clear and bright with only minor top corner crumpling else no shelfwear at all. NOT ex library. Best copy of this edition we have seen.
